ESPHome Ferraris Meter

Ferraris Meter is an ESPHome plattform for creating an ESP firmware that uses an ESP microcontroller and an infrared sensor to capture the number of rotations and the speed of the turntable of an analog Ferraris electricity meter and to calculate the current electricity consumption and meter reading. These values can then be sent to a home automation software such as Home Assistant for further processing.
